The hotel is situated in the southern area of Haram, which can be a bit tricky to locate at first, but it's very close to the southern area of the Prophet's mosque and nearby shopping places. While the lack of view or balcony is a downside, the rooms are equipped with good AC and have 2 beds. The service had some communication challenges as most staff couldn't speak English except the manager, and there were issues finding my reservation, but room service and housekeeping were efficient. The dining experience included premium meats, and the facilities were adequate. Overall, the location is excellent and convenient for accessing key sites, but communication barriers may arise.
